Dilani lives with both her parents and grandmother. Her father is employed as a daily wage laborer. Her mother is a housewife. So, the one and only income source of the family is her father. They are struggling to meet their basic necessities and the education expenses of Dilani. Also they had to look after the medical expenses of her grandmother as well. Dilani spends most of her time with her grandmother listening to the old stories. Little Dilani walks to school everyday with her dad. She has some special interests such as drawing, coloring and painting.
